QuickTime Media Link files are used by the QuickTime Player which makes it possible to autoplay files as well as choose settings such a full screen.
This can be done in the QuickTime Player Pro by choosing Export in the menu then Movie To QuickTime Media link, in the window that appears you can add the absolute address for the movie file and choose whether you wish to autoplay or use full screen.
