The Futuremark Corporation which was founded in 1997 is a Finnish company that develops software used for benchmarking graphic cards and personal computers. From 1997 until 2002 the name used for the company was MadOnion.com.

The best known products from Futuremark and the graphic card benchmark 3DMark and the system benchmark PCMark. Files created by the benchmark 3DMark which contain the results use the .3dr file extension.
