Windows Help Bookmark File

BMK files are bookmarks used by Microsoft Help and make use of the .bmk file extension. These bookmark files are used when the user searches the help file and takes note of the pages that the user has accessed. From Windows Vista onwards .bmk files were no longer used due to the advent of chm files but on other Windows operating systems up to Windows XP you will find them.
