Microsoft Exchange Server is server software from Microsoft that is used for the management of email, contacts, appointments and tasks usually in business environments allowing users to securely access emails, appointments etc not only on Computers but also on mobile devices such as PDA´s and Smart Phones.

Configuration files used by the software have the file extension .ecf these are Microsoft Exchange Extended Configuration files.
