Quake 2 was a FPS(First Person Shooter) game that was developed by id Software and released by Activision in 1997 where the user takes the part of a character in the game and then see´s and interacts as if they were that person. The game supports both single and multi player games as well as the ability to customise the game by using modifications, changes and the addition of new players, skins and sound effects.
